Nathan John Feuerstein was born on March 30 in 1991. His initials NF (stylized IF) are an American rapper, singer , and songwriter. He has released two EPs, I'm Free (2012),[3 and an EP with a self-titled title in 2014, with Capitol CMG. Mansion was his debut major label release. His second album, Therapy Session, was released on April 22, 2016 and peaked at number 12 on the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered numerous distinctions, which include: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF gained mainstream recognition in 2017 with the release of Perception. the album peaked at the top of the charts in the United States and was certified platinum. The album's third single, "Let You Down" was ranked at number 12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 was a worldwide top-10 hit. Similar commercial success was also achieved by The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was an escape from his youth. He would record songs on his Karaoke machine. His raps were recorded using one microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments, the first album of his studio album, on November 29th 2010. The first single he released was, "Alone", on August 2nd, 2011. The track featured producers and songwriters Tommee Profitt and Brooke Griffith. Xist Music was attracted to Feuerstein's work in 2012. The first extended version of his I'm Free was released May 2 2012 by Feuerstein and production assistance from Profitt. The playlist included nine tracks, which included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist had previously teased the release of their self-titled extended play, NF, but Feuerstein broke up with the label in the wake of disagreements, and the production of NF was delayed. Despite this, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, from the label's compilation album, Move Vol 1. The singer released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November in 2013. Profitt was heard on the track and also singing by Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
